I currently have a Double Play package. I was playing around with changing my service through My Account in an effort to lower my bill, but it appears that I can only upgrade my service online. Is there an Xfinity Support member who can assist me with applying any promotions to my account and lowering my bill? Thank you.
I spent most of the morning trying to get connectivity issue handled and lowering bill. After over an hour thought I was going to save about $25 and the approval form sent was less than $1 lower! PLUS told I have to find a location and exchange equipment! Never told that while dealing through the live chat. Not worth it. Looking to go all streaming and drop cable and find new internet service.
