Reconnect/after payment

My service was disconnected as my daughter was in hospital going through chemotherapy treatment. I finally was able to pay the bill now that I’m back to work. When I try to login to my account. It states “Account does not exist” I need my service on as my daughter does homeschooling so WiFi is crucial. Please help.
