Received a cancellation request email but have not submitted any cancellation

Hello, I recieved a email confirming a cancellation request for my internet and TV services today, 4/29/2020. The email states that today will be my last day of service. I need to have internet at home as I am telecommuting this month. I have tried to reach some one on the phone but have had no success. Can anyone help?
