Received Email about Cancellation Request that I Didn’t Make
I received an email about a cancellation request and that my last day of service is today. However, I did not make this cancellation and need my internet for another month before I move out of my current place.
I also checked my automatic payment, and it says that the payment was processed. The payment was for until the end of this month. Can someone help with this situation? I tried calling but no one answered. I need this issue fixed as soon as possible.
