We have been waiting since 7:30 pm on Sunday, July 15, 2018, for our cable and internet to be restored and cannot even talk to a real person to find out why it's even out!! I am so hot right now!!
do you have access to the smart device 'my account' Xfinity app? if so log in (cell data) and the status of your connection will be shown. you can touch the settings 'gear' and select to have Comcast call your phone for support.
