I am having the exact same problem. I have two account numbers on my account, one of them is my old address and is not active. This is preventing me from streaming through the xfinity mobile app because the app won't let me select which account is primary, so it thinks I don't have a subscription to stream. No one seems to be able to help when I call in about this.
