Phone, Internet, TV has been out in our neighborhood since early Friday morning. I contacted support using my very sketchy cell service to chat; initially it came back on within 2 hours for a few minutes, then power glitched and we lost it again. I've contacted support several more times, each time they give me an expected time to resolution but have missed it every time. it seems like they are just generating random times and making stuff up. My guess is they don't really want to pay for a truck roll over the weekend.
Replying to myself - it's now 11 hours past the most recent "to be resolved by" time. Completely out of voice/Internet/TV for two days and counting. It's a shame we can't get honest information about why it's taking so long to fix.
