I'm a little late to this, but I too was promised a $200 Gift Card to which I have yet to receive. I had services installed on 09/25/17, so I'm beyond the 90 days of active service. I have tracked my status via the "xfinityrewardcenter" and it doesn't show that it has been shipped, but installed shows "YOUR CURRENT STATUS IS: Pending Fullfillment Eligibility".
What does this mean? When will I receive my gift card? Thanks
