WHY DO I NEED TO WASTE TIME CALLING SOMEONE TO UPGRADE MY CHANNEL PACKAGE???????? THIS IS RIDICULOUS! WHEN I SEE A CHANNEL I WANT ON MY GUIDE, IT SAYS TO LOG IN AND GO TO MY ACCOUNT AND SELECT SHOP/UPGRADE BUT WHEN I DO THAT, IT TELLS ME I HAVE TO CALL XFINITY. PLEASE FIX THIS. I AM A GROWN ADULT AND CAN SELECT MY OWN PACKAGES ONLINE WITHOUT THE HASSLE OF SPEAKING TO ONE OF YOUR MANY PHONE SALESPEOPLE THAT TRY TO SELL ME MORE THAN WHAT I WANT/NEED.
