Could you help me my cable was turned off today as well. I was told by an agent in March that no service would be shut off for 60 days. I do not have a streaming device on my tv and have no cable. I have been with Comcast for 13 years, paying over 250 dollars a month. Customers deserve better, and I'll was shut off with no payment arrangement.
