I am having the same issue - I ordered this deal on 04/05/2018 and received confirmation that my order was successful, but I have not received the iPad or any shipping information. Furthermore, my Xfinity account doesn't say much about this offer, only that it was added on 04/05/18. How long does it take for Comcast to ship this device to me? Will they be sending a shipping confirmation?
