pgard45, thanks for posting about your remote app concerns. I'd be happy to look into this for you. Can you see your equipment via the My Account app?

I have the exact same  problem and it just started recently.  The My Account App sees all my devices including x1 boxes.  The remote app now says I have 0 devices and I need to upgrade to x1
