How do you cancel Netflix when you don't have an account but are being billed for it each month by Xfinity??? I never signed up for it and I've been charged for months. Have worked to get this corrected but the customer service people in the Phillipines can only do what their script says. This is totally something they didn't understand and refused to get me a supervisor.
I want this accomplished and I don't think Netflix is to blame - it's an Xfinity/Comcast issue.
