I've been with them 30 years also and getting the same run around. Our bill just went up AGAIN! I was on chat with a customer service rep for an hour trying to get some other issues resolved but couldn't get an answer to getting a better package at a lower price. I think it's ridiculous a new customer can get the best package available for $30 less than I'm paying for a second rate package.
