This morning is about the third time my service has been suspended after making a payment arrangement, and told when making the arrangement there would be no interruption in service, then getting a reconnect charge. This time I was told there was no record of me calling, but yet my Xfinity app under "Recent Activity" states that I called January 28. I was also told there was a "broken promise" to make a payment. I have always made the payment on the date I said I would. The only broken promise is with Xfinity when they say service won't be
interrupted, is, then getting charged for reconnect.
