Need a cheaper deal for long time customers
I have been with comcast for years, when i moved i recieved a great deal since i was a "new" customer again.
It's been 5 years now and my bill doesn't stop going up i'm paying $200.00 each month.
With the preferred channels and blast internet which im about to cancel, everything for the new customer and the existing customer that have been with you for years get nothing.
This is really something that you should work on comcast your long time customer are your "money customer", do we have to cancel to get your attention?
$200 is not something that everyone can pay each month.
I need better deal, thinking about cancelling all together and saving some money for a while.
