My previous 2-year contract ended last month and my phone call to the customer retention didn't get me a better deal. The specialist basically said that if I wanted lower monthly payment that I needed to cut my services. It was not like this 2 years ago when I negociated the deal with a customer retention specialist. @ComcastElla Please let me know if you are willing to help. Thanks!
