I would also like to know how to connect with a retention specialist.  We visited a local comcast store today to talk to someone about our increased bill and the store rep was very rude and dismissive. I looked up my the comparable package online that I have now and it offers an additional premium channel at a lower price than I have now.  I just would like to talk to an agent that isn't rude and can help me out......
