My neighbor is stealing my cable. ..i recently had a comcast tech out to fix what they had messed with he confirmed we were hacked by the neighbors now tonight i went outside and again theres another line hooked to my cable ...what should i do ...besides taking the entire unit out which leave me with no cable either
