hi my mom and i are a customer and i got your notice about the new upgrade,and i want to know if it's free ,or do i have to pay for the new equipment?my mom has the hbo boz,i just have a digital box that let's me watch travel channel,and all my favorite channels.and i'm not a savvy person who knows how to hook things uo i got a power box from comcast but i'm sending it back,because of to many wires,and they told me to use youtube to hook everythign up but i can't follow along on youtube.so if we get the equipment upgrade,we would need someone to come in and hook everything up for us.plus i don't have a smartphone i have a safelink phone,and no internet on my phone.so i can't do anything on my phone onliy texts,and messages.
