So....received said modem and even though my old modem was working fine, went through the replacement procedure. What a mess! The new modem did not work and I spent nearly an hour with CS figuring this out. What a complete waste of time!  I’m now back on the old modem and crossing my fingers that they don’t turn off service as threatened in the email......
i also have to rebox the new modem and send it back.
spending over $3K per year on this company and I get this?
looking for a new provider
