I had this problem when I had the Arris 6121 and installed the Arris 6190. Had both modems listed for about a month then one disappeared. Trouble is the wrong one disappeared. Have 1 listed on account but it is the 6121 instead of the 6190. New one activated ok and works fine so have not bothered to get it corrected. Should I pursue this further?
