Service outage has been reported in areas since Sunday. Any idea when service will be restored? No other info notification online.

do you see an error message and error number? does your internet work? do you have other set top boxes in the home? if internet is working does a smart phone/tablet work normally with the stream app? is your service X1 (TV with minimum of internet)?
