Hello, I have this same issue- I received an email on August 26th for a survey about my recent call to Comcast. I did not call Comcast for anything. I have not called Comcast for any reason in the last six months. Is this survey a scam? Was it sent by mistake? Or has my account been compromised?

Hi jgriego669, I do show that it has been a while since you contacted us or had any change to the account. Please disregard the survey it was sent to you in error by our automated system, if you continue to get these surveys sent out please reach back out to me here and I can take your information out of the system completely.
