i recently needed help from a xfinity rep. he was soo helpful. i did the survey, there was a glinch, it kept asking the same question 4 times.
this is the score i gave the rep. its a 5. i hope he gets it. i called 5/10/18 with a problem with netflix. i called about 6-6:30 pm.
