Ditto on all accounts except I have had 4 techs now come to house to order the new tap installation when all thought the new tap would be there prior to visit. I have escalated 3 times and still not even a call from the construction crew or anyone else for that matter. I started process in late sept. If I ran Xfinity, I would be utterly embarrassed

Hi Dudewithoutserv -- I can help with you serviceability request. I reviewed your address and looks like construction has been in contact with you and has spoken with you about what it will take to get service established. Looks like they would need to do an infrastructure build-out which will have a cost to do. Construction will stay in contact with you to go over these costs and complete this build-out should you give the go-ahead.
