Interesting how when you search how to report an outage someone jumps in to circumvent. In other words why does Comcast not allow us to crowdsource outage problems so that they know it's not our individual equipment problem! My internet is down yet again and I get the same advice abt unplugging my modem then router blah blah and it's so clearly a service outage!!!

Hi Jlin008, I ran a diagnostic on your equipment and I don't see anything that would be impacting your services at this time. The best way to check if there is an event occurring that is impacting your services is to login online and it will notify you of the issue or you can log into your "My account" app and it will also tell you the same information including the estimated time the issue will be resolved.
