I've been a paying customer for over 17 years and I'm trying to downgrade to internet only and I'm being told by a rep that it can't be done.  I have friends and neighbors that have internet only so I know it's possible.   Do I have to cancel everything to be treated like a paying customer?

The rep was mistaken if they told you that you can't downgrade to internet only. 

 

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
