I'm having this same issue. When I log in it shows an address I lived at over 2 years ago and says my account is not active so I cannot view my bills or change anything for my current plan at my new address.

Thanks for posting about your account UID issue! We'd be happy to help! It sounds like we just need to transfer your UID from your previous address to your new one. Please send us a private message with your full name for help (click comcast_support, and then there is an option to private message the team).
