I need HELP!!! I've had over 5 service calls, cabling replaced, on the 4th router. I'm only getting 75MB on my GB service and I cannot get any help. There is a network routing issue on the backbone at the 350 E. Cermak data center with a dead route. This issue exists outside of my house at a network switch which is causing extreme latency and severe packet loss. I need someone who understands your network to correct this. Since I'm probably the only one in my neighborhood who has this service, I am sure no one has complained. Please HELP!
