Re: Getting TCM on set top boxes

VERY UPSET! Just looking into my ALTERED PACKAGE. I have been a customer for 11 YEARS. This is an OUTRAGE! TCM ... and MOST of STARZ are no longer included as I had them. I ... did NOT alter, but Comcast ...DID. I pay well over $200 for TV & INTERNET, have an OLD set top, and CANNOT upgrade either my MODEM or DVR .... until I buy BOTH a new COMPUTER, and a NEW TV. I am disabled, live on a low, fixed income. I CANNOT, however EVER GET Internet Essentials - as I have been a CUSTOMER for 11 years, and IE is NOT avalable to EXISTING customers. I do not KNOW what to DO. Please help. There is no FIRM DATE for which we might have the "rescue" funds from the Feds.

I feel the same way. I recently asked for a new "deal" ($30 less than our old one) and they took away WGN America because 'it has a lot of programs other channels you get have' AND our On Demand hasn't worked one bit since then either. So now I can't catch up on episodes of shows I missed until it either starts working again or I just go to the channels own websites and stream them there or through the Xfinity site.
