I have Continuing Comcast X1 TV pixilation problems. Many, many tech's have been to my house. Everything has been checked again and again. No one knows how to fix the problem. It is getting so bad that I can't watch any channels on HD. The last person to come to my house was a supervisor. To say he was rude and insulting would be a major understatement! I couldn't finish a statement without him stopping me and telling me how wrong I was! I want to get out of my contract so I can go with a provider that will give me watchable tv.
