I am with you 100%! Being retired and on a fixed income, a senior discount would certainly be appreciated. I have also been a customer for over 20 years and have always paid my bill on time as well. One would think they would be willing to offer some sort of deal for seniors or long-time customers...shows our loyalty...could they do the same?
