Re: Comcast blocked our address, and didn't help us.
I’m having the same issue. My employer has a business account with Comcast and attempted to set up service at my home cause I’m a remote employee. I was told there was a block on my address by Comcast preventing installation. No one can help me. I have been dealing with this since January. It’s preventing my company from installing service. I also have a current account with Comcast and no one can help me.
