Every time I try to login it says I cannot be logged in at this time. I've changed my password and even tried to reregister my account. Still nothing. I can't chat with a representative either. It won't let me do anything. I refuse to call because I can NEVER understand the person that answers when I call customer service. I've just started using xfinity...This is absolutely ridiculous and if I cannot get to my account what's the point of even having Xfinity at all! I'm very frustrated.
call 800-Comcast and select billing. have teh agent verify the account username is assigned to your current account.
