I signed a new contract on January 16th and cancelled it on February 8th, because it was too much for me. I did not recieve any email at all from Comcast and i asked them 3-4 to email me something that says that my service is cancelled. Service still works and i got billed more than it was supposed to be. I wonder if they are not cancelling my service because Coomcast is waiting for 30 day cancellation policy to pass so they can have me for the whole 12 months. I actually did not want to cancel my service, but they could not meet my price. I was trying to tell them that i don't need TV, i just wanted internet. Ohh well, we got WOW in the area.
