Your cable installers came here and dug a trench to bury new main cable to the cable manifold behind my home.
They tore up my lawn, did not fill in the holes, left the cable box open and unfinished. They left old cable sticking up out of the ground and left a 60 foot piece of 2 inch conduit behind my home. They broke the water line going to my home that I had to replace and pay out of my pocket for.
There are safety issues to be addressed from this unprofessional job that was performed.
I have called several times in the past few weeks to have someone come out and take care of this but nothing has been done.
This is the worst customer service imaginable for a company that charges its customers the expensive price's that you charge,
