The design stinks... can't use chat to report a problem because it's asking for an account number but no where to enter it in. Supposedly, to chat you need to select what you're chatting about (in my case voice support), then enter in your first and last name, zip code, email and a short description of the issue. Next a popup (chat window) comes up but then it says to enter a valid account number. Where the heck do you enter the account number? There's no place that I could tell.
