I'm having the same issue, ordered my iPad on 4/3/18 and can't get any hard answers when calling customer service. Spent 45 min on the phone, transferred twice between xfinity mobile and customer care core, still nothing. I'd really just like someone to acknowledge that I purchased the device and it's location.
