I have been paying for GigSpeed for almost 3 months, I decided to start running speed tests every hour for a month, found out I am lucky to break 500M, contact chat support, to be told they never sent a tech to run a new line and complete installation. Now they want to charge me a service fee and not credit me for the months i have been paying for it. Frustration!! Does anyone know if Comcast falls under the utilities regulations or are they exempt?
