Question from a new customer

So this morning I decided to give Xfinity a go. I opted for automatic payments and there self install kit.

I woke up this evening and checked to see if the install kit was shipped and find that my account now says my install kit was already shipped, received, and that my service is now active..

This is impossible as i work nights and had been sleeping all day.. Also I did not recieve any install kit to even activate my service.

As a new customer here what should I do? I don't have internet yet it the kit but my account is saying I do and that I've hooked it up already.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
