Question about recent downgrade in service plan

I visited a Comcast service center today to return my cable box and change my plan from an Internet+Cable bundle to a plan with Internet only. Everything seemed to be successful and I changed to a plan that is $39.99 per month (a little over $50 per month with taxes other fees included) for just the Internet only at a slightly slower speed (went from 150 Mbps to 60mbps). She then sent me a text message to confirm through the Xfinity website which services I was cancelling and which ones I changed. Everything looked correct and I accepted the changes. My only issue is that I'm looking at the "My Plan" section of my account on Xfinity now and it doesn't look like any of the changes went through (still says I'm paying $80.94 per month for the plan I had before) Should I be concerned? Do I just have to wait a little while longer for the changes to process?
