Property Damage Claim

Hello:

 

How do I file a property damage claim? No one at 1-800-XFINITY or via your automated systems can help me or direct me to the right place. You were in our neighborhood and now there are:

 

1) Several loose cable lines hanging in our alley and over people's property, including my garage

 

2) My garage siding and rain gutter has been damaged and has cable lines laying over it as well. I have several pictures of this. Please tell me who I need to contact to have XFINITY handle the cost of these repairs.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
