Property Damage Claim

Hi, I hade xfinity installed last fall . This year a zone in my sprinkler was leaking . The company came today and said the damage was caused by the underground cable . How would I go about filing a property damage claim

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
