I am very frustrated with promotions that last for a time and then the bill jumps. Why can't loyal customers who keep their account current be rewarded for sticking with Comcast even though there are other options available. Every year I have to contact a support person to see what can be done about my package. Not all support people are interested in trying to help out and this time I was told to just keep calling until something comes up they can offer me.
