I installed Comcast on 4/14/17 with the promise of a promotional gift card if I stayed for 90 days. I endured terrible service, a service calls, exchanged equipment multiple times, and hours of time on the phone with customer service, so I finally gave up trying to solve their problems and returned to Verizon. I was a customer for 106 days (7/29/17). I assume I should still get the promised gift card without issue, but when I called to confirm I got non-specific answers and transferred around to more people who couldn't answer. Now a month later, I just got the check for overpayment of my last month of service, but still no gift card. How can I confirm it is on its way? Not being a paying customer anymore, I want to be sure I don't get overlooked.
