Could a Comcast representative help me with when does the promotion rate that currently have expire?

You should be able to see your contract (with dates) on the web site at https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/account/contracts
however mine doesn't show up (only other generic documents).   I had to open a chat with an agent to get the info.

I was able to talk to a representative when I posted on the forum before. I don't know if anything has changed and the representives do not use the forums anymore.

You might get a better/faster response by using CHAT or calling 800-COMCAST or 800-XFINITY.
