I called on May 8th and asked Comcast to call me. Since they hadn't ca lied me by 2:40 pm on May 9th I called Comcast. I talked to a very nice representative named John. He took all my information and issued me a ticket number ER046286634 saying I would be contacted on May 10th. I gave him the best telephone number to contact me. It is now 6:39 pm on May 13th and Comcast has not called me.
You don't need to call me, just come and do the work requested on ER046286634. The problem is outside my home. All someone needs to do is drive to my home stop, get out and place the cover (sitting on top of fire hyrdrant) back to it's proper place covering broadband cable. Hope you have a dedicated employer who can do this simple two minute job.
