Promise was made about a service but not kept. Don't care about customer attitude!
I recently chatted with Comcast sales agent online and was specifically looking for HBO, showtime etc. The guy sells me a package which he said included those channels. After the purchase was made, i couldn't watch these channels as they needs to be subscribed.
I have evidence of chat transcript with the sales agent to prove the offer made. When i called customer service, all they did was redirect me to different teams for almost 2 hours and nothing was done to resolve this. Their retention team, clearly doesn't care about a Comcast customer. Totally disappointed by how they hire members who doesn't know what they are selling and members who cant resolve issues to keep customer happy.
What do i do next to get what i was promised? I can post the transcript of the chat if required but anyhow comcast doesnt care.
