We recently moved to a new house and decided to stick with Xfinity/Comcast instead of switching to another provider so we had a professional installer come out. He connected an orange cable through the front yard into the side of our house. At the time of installation, he did not state that we would be left with a long orange cable in our front yard. I called Xfinity customer support, and they said they would have someone out to bury the cable. That was a couple weeks ago. We can't even mow our yard and who knows if the HOA will start fining us for what is clearly a violation. This is geting ridiculous! Any suggestions besides repeatedly calling Xfinity?
